Working with Druva has been a great experience!
Overall Satisfaction with Druva Phoenix
We currently use the Druva Phoenix platform for our entire data center infrastructure. This includes bare metal, Hyperv as well as VMWare. They have a solid product that just does not come close to any other cloud back-up solutions we have used in the past. As with any product there is the occasional bump in the road, but what truly sets Druva apart from the competition - their support staff. From their response time on a case to the adept knowledge of the support team. We look forward to many more years of a great product and an excellent support staff.

We are utilizing Phoenix for bare metal blade servers, HyperV as well as VMware. We seem to have more issue with VMWare - but I think it is more of a VMWare shortcoming than Phoenix itself. Phoenix handles our BM and HV infrastructure consistently without issue.
