Druva - It just works!!!
Overall Satisfaction with Druva Phoenix
We use Druva Phoenix to backup our VMware datacenter nightly to an offsite cloud storage repository. The entire organization uses the prouduct. We solved slow on-prem backups that had random periodic issues.
- Just runs...and runs successfully!
- Dedupe and compression.
- Reporting.
- Integration to vCenter.
- DR needs to be brought into the portal and not outsourced entirely through AWS' portal.
- Druva actually cost us more than our previous Veeam solution, but well worth it!
We use Druva for VMware Datacenter backups as well as file server and database backups. The solution works great for all!
We haven't benefited from this yet, but as our legacy storage appliances phase out and do not need replacement, we will see increased savings.

Druva's dedupe and compression is more efficient than the previous we've used and provides greater WAN acceleration.
