Overall Satisfaction with Druva Phoenix

Used by the entire organization. We use cloud backup to automate backup of key servers and corporate information.
  • Automated Cloud Backup.
  • Easily installed.
  • Unattended - it just works.
  • Works well with Hyper-V.
  • Not really come across anything that I've been displeased with.
  • I've not had the need to do a complete restore so I can't speak to the restore process, individual restores work fine.
  • Gives a comfort level to our business continuity plan.
We are backing up file systems and SQL databases and it's working very well.
It's eliminated our reliance on our onsite physical backup.
It just works, easy to set up, I don't worry about the backups. I've used other products and for years the backups failed or I was always trying to get them to complete successfully.
Great setup support and I think I've only had 1 issue, early on and it was addressed immediately.
Backup Exec for onsite backup.
Hyper-V backup and backing up across our network. I've used other products that fail regularly across the network because their service jobs fail or do not update correctly.
