Overall Satisfaction with DuxWare Practice Management
We are a retina practice and we use Duxware for our practice management system, appointments, entering charges, posting payments, sending patient reminders, and patient statements. The ease of using this system is remarkable. Most information is in the front page of each patient and you can scroll over information to get the full information (scrolling over the insurance will give you the phone number, and ID in one box) making it easier to use.
