I am using Dynamic Yield for personalization and A/B testing site side. Using Dynamic Yield to test new features and functionality to prove out concepts. Using Dynamic Yield to uncover hidden revenue through various out of the box features and custom code updates to target returning and new customers.

  • Dynamic Yield provides great use cases and strategies through a customer success manager.
  • Dynamic Yield is easily customizable to replicate your site theme.
  • Dynamic Yield SPL seems a little buggy as my business is on a headless environment.
  • Increased customer referals by 15% through A/B testing.
  • Increased product purchases through social proof personalization.
  • Increased product discoverability through dynamic product recommenations.
Because you can use both personalization and A/B testing in one platform was the biggest reason for moving forward with Dynamic Yield. Also having a dedicated customer success manager was also a reason to move forward.
Using Dynamic Yield is easy once you get the hang of it. Support also helps quickly if you run into an issue.
My client success manager challenges my team and also provides strategies to capture revenue and segmented customers.
