Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We are currently using Dynatrace in the area of RUM and synthetics to get a better understanding of the user experience. We have a metric we monitor called Open by Technology where we track whether our technology determined an issue or a user had to call in to tell us.

- The tool is sometimes difficult to use
- Dynatrace Univesity if good, but users need to spend a lot of time to get through them
- Mostly, it has helped us with RUM and synthetics and reducing our time to detect application issues, reducing our Mean time to Detect and Mean time to Restore metric
We are using Splunk ITSI for the predictive and built-in mathematical models. Spunk integration with App Insights is weak in the sense that there is no easy plugin.

No, we are very happy with our selection. Our issue is that we have many tools to support our work and it is difficult for engineers to become experts in them all.
