Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We are an IT Consulting & Services company. Dynatrace is used by us internally to monitor business applications. We also use the product to offer solutions to our clients in the Fortune 2000 space. Currently, we have been offering application monitoring solutions and evaluating newer products being launched for the same purpose so that we can offer them to our clients.

- Ability to customize quickly to client environments.
- Pricing in some cases.
- Clarity of roadmaps.
- Clients are happier.
- Sales teams are happy with the demand they see to drive more revenue.
Dynatrace, for me, is a partner like AppDynamics. We go to market with both partners. We prefer Dynatrace for the strong partnership model they offer.
