Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

In Magazine.HD, Echobox is used to schedule the latest news as well as to schedule reposts of our most popular articles. Even though all the team members have access to it, most of them have no need to actually use it due to the great way in which it schedules and publishes by itself. We also use Echobox to keep a better track of the number of comments, likes, and shares on our main social media platforms.

  • Increases the organic reach by finding the best time to publish posts
  • There's no search bar to find old articles
  • Can't choose a specific date for reposts (only 1 week, 1 month or 3 months)

  • Allows writers to focus more on their work
The platform has a "help" button always on display and clicking it prompts the new message tab without the need to navigate through complicated menus and sub-menus of FAQ. The support replies in just a couple of hours (except on weekends), in English and Portuguese, allowing non-English speakers to send their messages.

Echobox is best suited when you have regular content you want to share on your social media. Finding the best time to publish a post isn't always easy and EB is able to do it with great results. It also allows you to focus on your work (writing articles, study a certain subject, etc), without having to worry about creating a post afterward. If you do need to personalize said post, you don't need to visit all the platforms to do so - do everything in Echobox's website.
