Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

We use Echobox to automate our social media presence. Instead of having to upload posts individually, or even choose which posts to share on social media and when, Echobox's AI has relieved us of that tedious task. Now, once we publish a post on our website, we know that Echobox will take care of posting it on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn at the most opportune time.

The Echobox team provided onboarding support — which was very easy, even for people with no technical skills. They were also very responsive when problems/concerns were raised.

Echobox is ideal for an online publication that has lots of content — shifting through all that and deciding which one will perform best on social media can be a time-consuming and rather subjective process. Echobox goes through the website content and chooses posts with higher virality scores and helps improve your social media presence. At the same time, it reposts older content so they are able to get more views.

Because of its rather high price, Echobox may not be optimal for small organizations that have lower post volumes or where content is basically static.
