Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

EB is used to promote news articles from our website on FB. We are a regional television channel, part of french public service television, France Televisions. In order to keep our local FB page alive, we use Echobox to slot in our production, whereas the national network uses our regional pages to promote less local news and more attractive ones, such as positive initiatives a.s.o.
  • Clever AI to find the right timing on a FB page to publish.
  • Making programming easier during the day.
  • Easy-to-use interface.
  • Retrieving essential info from articles via the AI should be improved.
  • Maybe changing the interface for listing what's queued and, for the current feed, changing it to something easier-to-read?
  • Positive impact from the readers: the posts appear at the most appropriate timing.
  • Positive impact from users since the tool is easy to handle.
FB Pages Manager is too bulky for programming a publication. EB offers a faster way for scheduling and trusting the AI to find the best time slot for fitting into the flow of publications. The other interesting aspect is that EB shows an overview of what is happening at the moment in terms of publication.
Echobox is simple, efficient, easy-to-use, and easy to understand. It is one of the simplest tools to help community managers or journalists (in my case) to publish on a corporate page with no hassle and in a quick manner. Such a tool is such a gift and time-saver when every little action counts in a day!

The tool is perfect for programming a post in a time slot at the best moment. It is also good for 'breaking news" posts. However, it lacks an overview mode when scheduling loads of posts.There might be a feature to add, like "super scheduler" where the user could focus on programming (time-line view maybe?) and where the AI shows best moments to post.
