Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

We use Echobox across our whole organization for the publication of articles across a range of social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Twitter. It allows us to cross-post between different pages and platforms seamlessly, with the ability to customize each post's caption and image accordingly. It also allows us to see what's been published and what is waiting to be published, meaning we never miss any of our articles.

Echobox provides a streamlined social media [publishing] service which is significantly easier and more suitable for publishing large amounts of content. The customizable cross-posting is something other services lack and saves huge amounts of time and effort.

Echobox is ideal for when there are large amounts of content need published to social media across a variety of pages. The ability to customize and tailor each post individually saves a lot of time and ensures you can get the right message across. However, the AI function may not be suitable for publishing large amounts of articles as it does not appear to make a significant difference.

Using Echobox

The interface on Echobox is sleek, clean, and not complicated to use. Articles from the RSS feed are automatically added to a list in real-time. Compared to other social media managers, it is incredibly simple and effective to use.
