Overall Satisfaction with Echobox
Is it used by a department, most accurate, the digital area of entertainment. Since we are using Echobox, the main problem we had was that the platform does not optimized the contents correctly, so our traffic was affected. Another thing I've found is that the videos take more time to upload, than if we did it directly from Facebook.
- Echobox attached the contents we publish in our web site, to make easier to post on our social networks.
- The interface is very intuitive and easy to use
- Echobox provides a score for our posts, in order to help us to decide which one would be better to publish at that time
- The videos take a lot of time to upload to the platform
- Sometimes, when we choose "Optimal", echobox doesn't optimize the contents at a right time
- We can only upload one video at a time
- We can't add tags to the videos
- We do not have to provide access to our social networks to everyone
- We don't need to bring the URL's from our post to our social networks, because Echobox does it
- Schedule is very easy
- At first, our traffic was affected by the time Echobox scheduled the contents in optimal
- Increased efficiency, since we can publish more than one content in our website, and then, we can find them all in Echobox grill
