Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

[Our company] recently starting using Echobox to help improve engagement and visibility of our market-leading editorial content whilst having minimal impact on the internal resources of our teams. After 6 months with the tool, we couldn't be happier with the results we are seeing and are now in the process of rolling Echobox out more widely across the business.

Sprout has far more analytic functionality but Echobox's AI analysis of our content and automation means we can trust the system to manage our posts and focus on content creation. Sprout remains a manual posting tool.
