Overall Satisfaction with Echobox
We use Echobox to manage our Facebook accounts. This system saves us time in publishing by selecting posts and topics to share with our community of 200,000 people. The aim is to improve the performance of posts, especially those directly selling our services (cookery courses and monthly digital journal).
- Evaluate which posts received the most interactions
- Find in one place all the actions to be performed without having to do too many operations
- Save time analysing the best times to post
- Honestly, I find that the service is fine as it is for our publishing reality.
- The already optimized post scheduling function
- The analytics control function
- The score function
- Save time on managing Facebook
- Visit improvement on the website
- Analyzing the functionality of content
For us, Echobox is the first tool of its kind so we can't make a comparison with other kinds of software. We have used tools like Trello and Slack, but they don't have this function and, of course, we used to use Facebook's integrated management system, but it's not comparable as the data it provides doesn't guarantee optimization of posts. In fact, they care little that the post works.
