Overall Satisfaction with Ecwid

Use it as a storefront and website for my business. I sell artisan cold process soap.
  • Easy to set up your website and store
  • Strong support material and systems
  • Good logistic integrations for payment, shipping, etc.
  • Good connectivity to Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Limited website architecture
  • Order editing ability not available in some plans. It is pretty basic functionality.
  • Allowed me to create an online presence with little effort
  • A sober, well designed storefront that enhances the shopping experience
  • Small investment upfront to get you going with your online presence.
WordPress had a more complex process of setting up a storefront, and a more expense solution at the end of the day to get my small business online presence out there.

Well suited as an all encompassing solution for small businesses that require a simple website, as well as a store integration option for larger websites. It makes it easy to collect payments, keep inventory, set up and process shipping and communication with your customers about their orders. Ecwid is well thought with you in mind.

Did not buy premium support. I thought I have enough knowledge to solve issues with the existing support documentation from Ecwid.
Every time I have contacted and used Ecwid's support, I get the information that I need. Very reliable and responsive.
Very strong support system. Videos, articles and chat channels. I can see they really have thought out their users needs and anticipated them well.
