Overall Satisfaction with Egnyte

Egnyte is being used by every department in our organization. It is used for sharing and collecting database files from our customers, which contain sensitive PHI about patients from many different hospitals.
  • Sharing a link for upload.
  • Downloading using a password.
  • Customizing the link with security options.
  • Automatic deletion policy would be nice.
  • It has helped us to transfer documents more professionally.
Egnyte is really fast since it is mostly a cloyd product. The sync is always fast when using the desktop application.
The interface is very simple to use.
It is very great and secure when it comes to uploading and collecting files from various customers.
