Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
We use it for scheduling academic classrooms, and for Event Spaces both for in house and external customer. It is being used across the whole organization. It helps us maximize the use of our space, schedule, track & allows users to book space.
- Queries. I like the built in choices and the ability to make my own specific queries.
- Ease of Movement of space. This helps tremendously as we deal with frequenct classroom changes.
- Communication. Communication both internally and externally is very fluid in the program.
- I would like more clear notifications when there are conflicts across long standing classes and events.
- I would like more information about upcoming not definite bookings.
- More customizable colors and layouts.
- It’s beeen very positive being able to monitor when and how our space is being used. And lets us know how space can be used better.
- It has been great for monitoring financial returns, especially when weighing space size and location.
- It’s been great having a tool for internal users to have an avenue to find and book their own space. Saves us time having to check many options for people.
EMS is very similar in many ways, but I find EMS to be a much more accessible tool, especially for our rotating student staff that does not generally have experience using event management software like this. I can have them be doing independent work within the first few hours.
