Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
We use Encompass for all of our Mortgage Lending products throughout our organization from origination to closing. It allows much integration with other services and allows us to be virtually paperless and streamline the workflow between departments.
- Ellie Mae provides us with a responsive account manger.
- Ellie Mae is willing to help via remote access when needed.
- Ellie Mae offers many webinars, training documents and support channels.
- Support for Lot/Land loans would be great!
