Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
Our company switched over to Encompass 2 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. The software is easy to work with and incredibly user-friendly. It helps us more efficiently process loans and has significantly increased our productivity. Not only does the system itself provide useful tools but the support that goes along with the software makes any questions that do arise easy to answer.
Ellie Mae has provided me with numerous learning opportunities to become better at my job and continues to support that learning on a consistent basis. There is no comparision. Point can not do even a fraction of what Encompass can. Their user interface is convoluted and hard to use and doesn't have any way to upload documents into the loan file. Encompass allows documents to be loaded straight to the loan file which makes storing and record retention incredibly easy for loan related documents.
