Overall Satisfaction with Envoy

Envoy is awesome. It's a great system where you can log into your conference rooms and it gives visibility to your colleagues on whether the room is free or not. Envoy also has a visitor entry system so if you have one, it only makes sense to get the other one as well!
  • UI is great.
  • Integration is awesome.
  • Give the ability to lock the app so you can't exit without a passcode; users like messing with iPads!
  • Productivity for meeting spaces and time management.
It's pretty much the same. You just need to listen to what the public wants and give them the features they're asking as long as they're within reason. See what the competition is offering and match them with the features and do competitive pricing and you're good! Envoy all the way!
If you have meeting rooms and people visiting your office or you're interviewing, you need this system. It works with any tablet and you just need to set it up once and forget about it. Just make sure it has a steady power supply, set it to dim the screen or turn off during non-business hours, and you're good!
