Overall Satisfaction with ESET Endpoint Security
We use ESET Endpoint as the default antivirus solution at this organization as well as at the 7 other managed organizations that we are associated with. The intention behind its implementation is to mitigate viral threats as well as act as a more robust firewall for all endpoints.

- There has been some functionality loss in the ESET Administrator Console since migrating from version 6 to its current version.

- I have been using ESET Endpoint for two years now with this org and have had consistent results with trojan and browser hijackers.

It was pre-existing when I came to this company so ESET is dug in deep and removing it would be a process. Defender was nice and is a solution I wouldn't mind moving to. My biggest concern is web protection due to the amount of password compromise request emails the user base gets so have a system that is big on web protection is a must.
