NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Linux

Overall Satisfaction with Eset NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Linux

Some of our staff use Linux for the workstation, and we have purchased a license for that.
  • Quite easy to set up, instructions were very clear.
  • Works even after factory resetting the machine. Some antivirus software wouldn't activate once the factory reset.
  • Does not hog up memory or resources.
  • License bondage is a hassle, you need to get the product key from some username and password first. But once bound, it is seamless.
  • Sometimes it is blocking some connections that were legitimate. I had to add to exclusions.
  • Raise up notifications when a virus, or malware, or ransomware is detected.
  • Able to block these threats from changing anything on the computer before notifying me. I have seen antivirus software that detected a threat, but it was too late by that time.
  • The single use pricing is pretty cheap. No advertisements for a great price.
NOD32 is the only paid antivirus software that is not a memory hogger. That's all that is important. Why would I install software on my PC that hogs up all my memory? And the free ones are full of ads, and popups trying to trick you into getting their paid plans. They were annoying, and thus I prefer NOD32.

Well, it's really just an antivirus. Usually, there is not much interaction with the software unless there is a threat. It does bring up some threats related to insecure connections, or malicious connections, which is really all I needed.
