Overall Satisfaction with eSignLive

We use it for our insurance agents to complete appointment paperwork to become contracted with our company.
  • I like how the paperwork is emailed directly to me.
  • The filter engine when searching for a particular person doesn't seem to work well within the inbox.
  • eSign makes our appointment process with our outside agents more efficient.
DocuSign has a reminder function if the paperwork is not complete. You just click Remind and it sends the person a reminder to complete.
Sometimes our partners have trouble completing the documents. However, if there is an issue customer service is prompt.
