Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite

We use it to organize event planning so we can keep track of who has registered and who hasn't. Since it can send a calendar invite once you sign up, it really helps keep people organized. Also it allows you to include different tiers of ticket levels if that is of interest.

  • If it allowed you to use it directly in an app without having the click out, you would save a step

It is easy to check out and organize tickets. The tickets are generated from the purchase and can be added to your calendar, iPhone wallet, and email is generated. I wish it would send reminders the day before events because I find it hard to resurface an ticket from weeks ago.
