Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite

We use Eventbrite to sell tickets to our events and to handle registration and check-in at our events. We used to do a list in Excel, and Eventbrite has allowed us to go digital, accept credit cards, and even do some marketing to those who have attended events in the past.
  • It's easy to use.
  • You can copy previous events.
  • It has a nice payment processor.
  • Higher fees for the payment processor than cash.
  • There are some limitations to the way an event can be structured.
  • Sometimes there are little buttons that make big changes to an event without warning.
  • I have been able to sell more tickets.
  • I can now sell tickets online and get payments with a credit card.
  • I don't have to send out tickets, as Eventbrite does it for me.
I used to use Cvent at another company, and it was really clunky and hard to customize. Everything felt like a chore, and Eventbrite made things a lot easier and more intuitive. I can create an event in minutes instead of hours, and the attendees have a way better experience with the system.
I have only had to contact Eventbrite support a few times, but each time I have done so they have been on top of things. They actually worked with me to add a feature that was needed for an event, and that I still use to this day. I think they really treat their customers nicely.

Do you think Eventbrite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Eventbrite's feature set?

Yes

Did Eventbrite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Eventbrite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Eventbrite again?

Yes

I would say that Eventbrite is well suited for companies or organizations that do a few events throughout the year and do not need to pay for fancy software to handle ticket sales and check-in. I think it is also designed for a small marketing team where you might have one person handling all of the promotions and sales.
