Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite

We are using Eventbrite to collect registrants for all of our events across all of our divisions.
  • Integration with Facebook events.
  • On-site registration check-in.
  • Form.
  • The registration dates for the tickets are a bit buried - When you copy an event so you don't start from scratch, you have to remember to dig through a couple clicks to get to the registration timeframe to change it.
  • It's free to use, so very cost-effective in collecting registrants compared to other tools like Cvent.
It's way cheaper and gets the job done. I have mentioned this to Cvent multiple times. Therefore I now only talk to Cvent about solutions Eventbrite does not have (like their event in a box).
I honestly haven't spoken to their support in years.
