Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite
We use Eventbrite to manage monthly free events (donor engagement) and our annual fundraisers. It syncs with our donor management system and email platform very well. It is used for the development and Marketing arms of the non-profit organization. It helps manage donor contacts and contributions seamlessly.

- For non-profits, it would be helpful to allow ticket purchases to be processed by alternative payment processors.

We didn't evaluate any other platforms too deeply because Eventbrite had the cheapest fee per ticket and the value of an already successful and connected platform for event discovery was important to us.
