Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio
We, the marketing department, use it for real time personalization of our company website and sub domains. We have been able to show targeted messages and CTAs to our audience and have seen promising results. For example, we are able to promote blog/resources recommendations, product download/trials on specific webpages to specific segments of visitors based on their activity history on our website.
- Can create clear segments for visitor identification.
- Campaign creation is easy.
- Reporting is great and it gives a good idea of how your campaigns are performing.
- Their support team is very responsive and always willing to help out.
- Can improve on identifying the articles/resources based on the language.
- Docs can be improved. It will make the support teams' life easier!
- We have been able to target our audience with recommended content, and have seen an increase in lead conversion.
Implementation was way easier and the Evergage team seemed to care about our results and addressed all our pain points. From an implementation perspective, the UI is very user-friendly and campaign creation is a breeze, which was clear from our trial.
