Overall Satisfaction with Everhour

I work in a full-service marketing agency. Every member of our team uses Everhour, helping us improve our use of time and making sure we're sticking to estimates that we provide our clients. Everhour helps us understand where our time is being spent, who is being overworked, who could use more work on their plate, and where we can improve as a team.

Everhour provides a more comprehensive view, more easily integrates with our other tools, and provides a more digestible report which makes billing a breeze. The user experience is also a significant improvement.
We have not needed customer support at this time, but that's good news because it means the tool is working well! There are also a lot of online resources for trouble-shooting, etc.
