Overall Satisfaction with Evernote
I'm an investigative reporter for a one-person organization who uses Evernote to store ideas for long-term projects and articles. Before I installed Evernote, I would save bookmarks and forget later why I had done so. By using the notebooks and tabs in Evernote, I can label and organize my work much better than I did before.
- Evernote Web Clipper in Google Chrome. Saving web pages and links is simple to do with this browser.
- Notebooks are helpful for sorting notes by category.
- Tags can be used to sort note within notebooks.
- Synching the account online and on hard drives. Makes Evernote easy to access.
- Evernote Web Clipper on Mozilla Firefox. I would prefer to use Google Chrome's fancier clipper, but the browser hogs too much memory on my computer. However, the basic functions are available on Firefox.
- Better long-term planning
- Increased ability to prioritize projects
Using Evernote
1 - The person is the online editor, content writer and marketing director.
- What are "use cases"?
