Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

Used by certain individuals for note-taking across multiple devices. Not available company-wide. I personally started using it based on a colleague's recommendation and fell in love. The fact that it keeps your notes synced across all devices is what makes it very useful for people who constantly switch between devices especially while they travel.

I stuck with Evernote as I started using and liked it. I think OneNote is also great but I don't like the fact that it is tied to your corporate account which sometimes has a risk of losing data when you change firms. Also, exporting notes is easier in OneNote.

Evernote is well suited for fast-paced, dynamic and mobile environments where note taking across devices is key. It may not be appropriate for backend teams who are more static in nature.
