Overall Satisfaction with EverString

EverString is being used by the Sales department to better target accounts by size, industry, revenue, and ESIntent topics.
  • For the most part, EverString accurately pulls company revenue, employee head counts, and industry
  • I have found that on multiple occasions the ESTechnologies has been inaccurate, as well as Revenue
EverString was fairly intuitive and easy to learn. After a few hours browsing through, I had a good idea of how to navigate through the platform.
- EverString's ability to identify the best fit accounts for our team has been unsuccessful thus far. I have not seen a correlation between these accounts and successfully converting them to leads.
The enrichment capabilities have been extremely helpful in identifying net new accounts that are not already in our CRM.
At this point in time, our sales team has not adopted an ABM strategy quite yet.
Yes, I would say EverString has diminished the need to self source net new accounts but we do not rely solely on EverString to do this. I have been able to use EverString to add 15 net new accounts per week.
The ability to use the similar company function to add new accounts has had a significant impact in terms of being able to better tailor conversations and obviously add these companies with similar characteristics.
This is the first time I have used a technology such as EverString.

Using EverString

50 - Sales and Marketing are the primary departments that use EverString
2 - Our Sales & Marketing Operations rep is the one who supports EverString. He was previously a sales representative, then moved into the operations side upon noticing gaps in our inbound and outbound process.
  • Finding net-new accounts to target through various filters
  • The ability to have multiple scoring models to help compare accounts across industries to help us better understand which accounts to target
  • The platform enables you to select certain topics that you can monitor and have insight into whether people from that company are searching for that specific topic. Although, with that you are unable to see who exactly is searching those topics.
  • Once EverString has mastered its integration with Salesforce, it will be a lot easier to identify net new accounts through the search engine.
EverString is a great tool, however, there are a few improvements that need to be made before I can give it a higher rating. I look forward to upcoming updates that will only make this product even better!
