It's used by the marketing department. It helps us to attain some valuable information on the intent of prospects and their fitness to our customer profile. Instead of chasing each prospect in our target market, it helps us to focus on those who are surging.

It's a fairly intuitive software. A few training videos on the side would be very helpful.
