Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
EveryAction is used by several departments throughout the organization. It is used to create, track, and communicate with our donors, constituents, volunteers, organizers, advocates, and others. We also use it to create ticketed events, volunteer mobilization, and advocacy efforts. EA is used to create and send our newsletters and invitations and also as a research tool.
Pros
- Tracks detailed information about individuals.
- Provides easy reporting.
- Is user-friendly.
Cons
- Tracking donations and payments (including recurring payments and refunds).
- Spotting duplicate records.
- Some reports are less than intuitive and leave off necessary information.
- Aids in fundraising.
- Allows better engagement with constituents and those involved with organization.
- Helps track potential advocates and increases our reach.
Our fundraising/development department has benefited through the use of EA as it assists us in tracking online donations and ticket purchases. It also allows for easy reporting to further our insights into donation trends and potential new avenues.
