Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We were looking to track the expense of existing grants we have on an annual basis for our non profit. With many staff getting the grants and communication being difficult it made it difficult to track all in one place. We were told we could upload and track the grant expenditures all in one place. We did a demo and things seemed nice but it would take some time to learn how to utilize the software. We purchased, and then were left to YouTube videos to teach ourselves. We had to email several times and were bounced from person to person until someone finally set up a training with us on 7/14/21. Halfway through entering a grant in the training we asked how we expense and track the grant throughout the fiscal year. This is when we were told "the software doesn't have that capability." The software is basically useless to us. We wasted vast amounts of time on this and the customer service runaround made it worse.
  • They do well explaining things when you get the correct person.
  • They have a decent platform for their software - to start...
  • Customer service is poor.
  • Follow-up is worse - been waiting 5 days for an answer that was told we would get at the end of a day.
  • Too many people emailing - but no one can help you.
  • Inaccurate product description and promises.
  • A loss of time we cannot get back - stay away.
1 for sure. Poor implementation for us. I received emails from several people and then when I asked for training was forwarded to 5 (yes 5) different people before someone could even schedule with me (all via email). Then the training took place where it was found the product might not even work for us (so we were lied to on what it could do). They were supposed to get back to us 7/14/21 by end of the day on the product and our needs and we are writing this review at 2:35pm on 7/19/21 and still have radio silence. Horrible service.
