Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is used to maintain our member and donor database. We currently have 11 affiliates and almost all of them use EveryAction. We also use it for event registration and e-blasts. The whole organization utilizes it from the Executive Director to the organizers. We had a problem of keeping member information organized and with sending too many emails from personal accounts but now we are able to navigate our database to find contacts we need and send e-blasts to all members in a clear and organized manner. We will definitely continue using EveryAction as it's made our work easier and more efficient.

  • For non-tech savvy individuals, it is a little hard to use so having clear access to guides and support would be helpful.
  • Customizing what information you want for events is difficult.
  • It has saved me time because I can create events and connect Zoom directly and immediately save new contacts to my database from the registration.
  • In targeted emails, we have been able to collect small dollars through low effort fundraising asks.
  • Negative impact is many of our staff is not able to use it yet due to difficulty of navigation so they are going through user guides and tutorials and training to figure it out.
EveryAction definitely makes it easier for my job and reaching members. I manage communications and to be able to communicate with members and donors quickly has been great. After a few weeks of reading the training guides and watching videos, I was able to learn EveryAction and it has helped my job. It is worth a shot!
I have never had problems with availability with EveryAction. It has always been available when I needed it and when I planned events or needed to send emails or search member information. There has never been application errors for my end either so I would recommend EveryAction to others because of that.
We are currently working on creating a targeted email that would send out a monthly update to members so we will see how that goes. In the past, we have been able to communicate information quickly to members and have them participate in events and we look forward to seeing how these targeted emails change our performance.

EveryAction has more contact information that is easily available. It also has more features like volunteer management and event management.

  • Well suited for integrating virtual events - you can connect Zoom directly.
  • Less appropriate for trying to sell products.
