Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is used by Indivisible to send out weekly calls to action to activists across the state, also to generate lists of voters by congressional district to target emails and other communication tools. It is an integral method of keeping in touch with our members. It takes some training to know all the features but is then relatively easy to use.
  • Creates targeted lists
  • Sends HTML emails that look good
  • Easy to add new contacts to database
  • Text-generated emails are cumbersome and require editing before sending
  • Formatting on HTML emails--challenging to insert images in the middle of a text box
  • Calls to action mobilize people quickly to respond to urgent actions needed
  • Time saved in that the database is already created and you can resort to it multiple times
  • Takes time to enter info into email.
  • Like the drag-and-drop editor feature.
  • Text emails are cumbersome and require lots of editing, as formatting is clunky and looks terrible without going in and editing.
Reliable software. Always available when it’s needed.
Allows us to get the word out quickly about actions necessary to take. More recipients are opening documents and clicking on links.

Sending targeted emails is a great use of EveryAction. By creating lists, you can send specific emails based on the criteria you set. The ability to create templates makes the process go smoothly and quickly. The emails look professional and I love that you can see the analytics to determine the effectiveness of your outreach.
