Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is our main CRM platform. We use it primarily to send marketing emails to our list of about 400k people. This allows us to fundraise off of our contacts and activate them in political activity. Additionally, our development department uses EveryAction to track and manage gifts, and our organizing department uses it to create advocacy forms and manage advocate activity. EveryAction addresses the need for a contact management system that goes organization-wide.

I was not here for the initial implementation of EveryAction for our organization, but our representative was very helpful. Over the past year we have had less consistent communication with our account representative, but this isn't a hinderance because when we do need assistance, generally EveryAction support has our back.
EveryAction rarely has outages, and when scheduled outages occur, we're given notice more than a week in advance so we can plan around it. I've never had an issue trying to access the platform and being unable to.
EveryAction has increased our ability to create and execute advocacy campaigns because the software has allowed more people to contribute to our contact management efforts. When multiple departments are able to see how people on our list take action, what their preferences are, how much they've donated, etc. we're better able to each create effective campaigns. EveryAction has allowed us to take a data-driven approach.

EveryAction is the optimal platform for non-profits that have email lists and are seeking to elevate the way they manage contacts. If you have a need to track activity, acquire new users, send emails, and convert users to donors, advocates, or loyalists, EveryAction offers a great experience. EveryAction allows you to transfer data from previous CRMs, but if you don't believe you'll use all the features of the software, it may not be useful to transition until your data is clean and you're ready to elevate your strategies.
