For donor database, donation portal, bulk emailing, event registrations, and policy action alerts.
  • Email integration with constituent database
  • Donor self service portal
  • Action alert functionality
  • Allowing for multiple committees; is implied but each time I ask to create a committee for our fiscally sponsored project, I never get a positive answer.
  • Add ability to donate by Electronic bank transfers
  • Create easier information exchange with other platforms like Mighty Networks
  • Make it easier to delete inactive contacts
  • Saved enormous time in list management for emails
  • Saved time and effort in relationship management with donors. The database allows us to keep all kinds of information and notes on donors
  • Gave us in-kind services we could offer coalition partners through action alert functionality
Need much more support for preparing the upload of an existing database. Had to spend months cleaning up an upload with numerous duplicates.
Does go down from time to time; technical support is not always available.
Enormous asset for a small organization without development staff. Has greatly increased our digital fundraising capacity.

Enormously better than neon. Classy is great but does not have CRM and email functionality.
Very well suited for organizations setting up their first CRM system. Uploading an existing database was challenging and more technical support was needed to streamline it. Organizations engaged in advocacy have great tools.
