Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

I use it for email marketing. It's an excellent product and I'm very happy with it -- I've used many of the competitors, including Action Network and NationBuilder. NGP works best, and I think I speak for others in the industry when I say that.

  • Sometimes I can't upload as many names as I want and that can make it harder to do my job
Implementation is very good - sometimes I wish it were faster. It's not perfect but it gets the job done. Customer service is OK. Considering I am a super-user, it'd be good to have a dedicated customer support system. Generally, it's quite good though and I'm an overall happy customer.
It's always available when I need it and they do a good job letting us know when there will be site maintenance. It's much better than Action Network and Nation Builder when it comes to that. Overall, their availability is really good and I'm happy with it. Thanks so much for all you do!
Very much so. We use this for many campaigns and it's always useful especially when it comes to online fundraising. We also use their Online Actions tool to drive engagement by using surveys, petitions, and asking our supporters to "sign on" to support our work. This leads to stronger click rates, deliverability, and fundraising improvements. Great stuff!

I trued to type in Action Network and Nation Builder -- both of which I've used it in the past. But EveryAction is the bes. I think I speak for others in the industry when I say that -- it's really an excellent product and I couldn't be happier with what EveryAction does for my clients and my business. Keep it up guys!
I work in Democratic campaigns. This product is the standard. I've used many of the competitors, including Action Network and NationBuilder. NGP works best, and I think I speak for others in the industry when I say that. It's not as good for volunteer management but I don't really do that.
