Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use minivan to access voter and issue data for our different campaigns for civic engagement.
  • User Experience is smooth
  • Easy to access information.
  • Offline mode allows users to save battery which is very helpful.
  • It could be more flexible to user engagement.
  • There isn't much that a user can do to change incorrect data in the app.
  • Sometimes house locations on the map are not accurate to where they are in real life.
  • It has given us tons of data with which to make strategic decisions.
  • It gives our employees a self-teaching guide to get their job done.
  • Allows employees to see each other's whereabouts and progress.
I don't know much about the implementation process it was already here when I got on board.
The only real problem faced is when the app is in bad service areas. Even then, there is still a very helpful offline mode.
Tremendous enhancement. We have all type of data and information that people in the nonprofit field could have only dreamed of having access to even 2 decades ago.
