Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction maintains our membership data. We use it to create new contacts, hold information on our clients, and then connect their data to the Voter Activation Network (VAN).

The staff was easy to work with on integration. However, one area of improvement is working with an account representative. Of course, the account representative was easy to work with before we signed the contract. But once we were existing clients, there were problems with billing and our account representative would not answer us or provide help to us.
The system was reliable and very functional. My only complaint with reliability was our account representative. I appreciated that EveryAction was only making upgrades to their system.
It saved time and helped with data analyst to have all of those tools in one.

EveryAction is user-friendly. It seems more intuitive. You can easily navigate around and find what you are looking for compared to the other systems I've used. It is able to store a lot of data and makes it easy to retrieve.
We used EveryAction because it integrated well with the VAN database. It was a good all-in-one database for our needs with existing members, adding in new contacts and connecting to public voter files. It also stored the financial incentive history of donors. We could create emails for our contacts as well, which was nice.
