Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

When I first started, was told there was an issue with emails looking unprofessional as they would say 'sent from my iPhone'. Exclaimer allows us to set multiple branded signatures to show correctly and the same on laptops, mobile, and tablets.

  • stops users changing their assigned signature.
  • Work with Microsoft to allow users to recall messages.
  • More professional look, no more sent from my I device.
  • All signatures the same, before we had a mix.
Not used this feature.
Both are very similar, and Code two was cheaper. Exclaimer sales person almost matched, so we went with Exclaimer. Sadly after a year, the price has gone up by 38%, so will be looking at code two again before the license runs out.

Although the system works, there are issues that are not apparent until you start using the system. The ability to recall messages is gone, and voting only worked with some configuration changes, which then produced lots of winmail.dat files.

Using Exclaimer

On the whole, very easy to work with, but we have had issues with the font sizes in signatures when trying to make a change. The rest has been really easy and the ability to copy signatures makes creation much quicker.
