Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Before Exclaimer, every email user was managing their own signature. There was a pattern they were to follow, but many of our employees were taking creative liberties with fonts, images, sizing, etc. We like Exclaimer because it doesn't leave room for the user to deviate from the established signature. Scope of case? Every user.

- Consistent results
- Sometimes when emails are forwarded or replied to from other companies, the signatures proportions return to our screens magnified.
- Sometimes there's a lag between me updating a user's information in 365 and it actually appearing in their signature.
- Ease of sharing media with links in the signature (even one of my daughter's teachers mentioned a promotion in our signature ... which meant he actually clicked on it!)
- Increased professionalism by having a consistent, well-designed signature amongst all employees.
As mentioned before, I have wanted to explore these features but it's taken a back-burner to other projects. If some instructions / tutorials were sent to me, it would be much easier to use those features instead of searching for the information on my own.
This element of Exclaimer has not crossed my mind.
