We use Exclaimer for email signatures. We use it to standardise the signature format and change the email message occasionally.

Exclaimer allows businesses to create and schedule different email signature templates for different departments, individuals, times and dates, or specific replies and forwarding messages, and add appointment booking and feedback survey links to your email signature. My organisation has not used these options much but the email template does provide the flexibility to fit our organisation needs
I do not have much experience in this area, however, I believe Exclaimer has managed well on keeping all clients' data secured and available at all times
