Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer to centrally manage our signatures in the company. We used to have many employees not adhering to the companies branding and changing their signatures on Outlook to be whatever they wanted it to be. Exclaimer stopped that for us. Having multiple signatures for different levels of management and having it change depending on if it's sent to externally or internally is great for us.

  • Having client side signatures on top of the server side signatures.
  • Making client side signatures easier to implement
  • Improving bit map signature sizing on a wide variety of devices
  • Automatic formatting for mobile numbers.
  • It has allowed us to rep the brand better.
  • It has allowed us to ensure compliance in our signature.
  • Time saved through changing the company signatures.
We have used different templates for different levels of management preventing them from getting unwanted and unsolicited calls from unwanted parties by removing direct lines and mobile numbers from their signatures. Having a different signature internally and externally has helped our employees get more interaction of our their fellow employees with more information in the signature. We have added clickable telephone lines as well.
Our data is secure with exclaimer and there isn't much else to say about that.
I've used CodeTwo in a previous role and it is more clunky to use and configure compared to exclaimer. Exclaimer has a much better support team and knowledge base.

In business that get above 100 employees central management of signatures is needed to ensure the brand is carried properly by each employee. That is where exclaimer shines. Having signatures change depending on who the recipient is, is another feature that Exclaimer is very well suited for. For very small businesses it wouldn't be as effective since control can be maintained without the need for a central signature program.
