Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer cloud to manage our email signatures within our business. It allows all of our employees to have a standard but personalised signature at all times no matter where the email is sent from, whether it be desktop/tablet/phone. Signatures are managed from the online portal allowing us to manage everyone’s signatures with ease.

  • When using Office 365, if a Gmail account responds, the signature can sometimes get out of sync and images end up being attachments

Being a new customer, we have not yet made use of all of these features but look forward to using them in the near future.

We do make use of the banners and custom-themed templates for certain times of the year, such as Christmas.

The fact that these features are available is great and will be very beneficial moving forwards.
Keeping data secure is becoming increasingly important for both individuals and businesses. This is something that is very important to us and is something we were certainly looking for when deciding to go with Exclaimer for our signature cloud software. Exclaimer provides many benefits for our business, but you could say this is the cherry on top.
Exclaimer beats the other cloud signature software packages that we looked into for several reasons. One of the biggest reasons was that Exclaimer works across all devices. Whether it be a desktop computer, tablet, or phone, this is great for us because no matter where we are, we still send professional-looking emails.

For a business that has multiple employees with email addresses, Exclaimer is perfect for managing the signatures with ease.

This would not be necessary for a smaller business that can easily manage the signatures internally. However, it’s still advantageous for a smaller business to sync all emails across all platforms.
