Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Standardization of signatures provides a consistent company image. The ability to use Exclaimer with mobile devices is essential for this standardization. Most mobile device applications do not allow for a graphic signature that includes all the links and information connections for our company. It is a great presentation tool and therefore a professional image we provide in every email we send.

- Allows for different types of signatures based upon who your recipients are
- I feel that Exclaimer's integration with 3rd party email security applications is a headache
- The ability to see the signature in the email application before it is sent, instead of only using the application to test signatures
- Seems to slow down email delivery to go through all the processes once an email is sent
- The image of being a well-founded company is one of its biggest marketing advantages. You can be a company of 5 people yet it makes you look like you have 100 people. You can use this as an incredible marketing tool because it is built-in to every email you send.
- Consistent messaging no matter what device is used creates a cohesive and consistent communication path between our employees and the customers we serve.
- It allows us to do things such as adding videos in our signatures, which is done in a way to minimize spam exposure.
Different signatures based on what I am doing is a plus. I am looking forward to implementing the scheduling feature.
We use all 3rd party state of the art security measures. We are not using Exclaimer for that function.
