For Managing Signatures. Managing signatures has been extremely difficult in the past, but when we got exclaimer, managing signatures is really easy as it picks information from the user's profile.

We have benefited from all of the features mentioned above. Template for different departments helps easily manage different signatures as per departments, hyperlink for signature image is extremely beneficial for marketing purposes, time and date option helps to reflect the user's working time, adding custom field to the signature is another great feature.
We don't need to worry about data protection and security of the data as exclaimer takes that stress for us by not displaying our email addresses and phone numbers to any other third party.
I find Exclaimer way better in every expect.
