Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer internally to ensure our emails have consistent signatures but also resell them to many of our larger clients for the same reason.

Pros

  • Consistent email signatures.
  • Easy configuration.

Cons

  • Frankly, I can't believe Office 365 still can't do decent signatures itself, but it can't, so Exclaimer is necessary.
  • It's really the only viable choice. It does what it says, and it does it really well.
  • Clients who aren't aware of such offers appreciate it. It keeps things simple for them.
We mainly use different templates for different departments. Like before, I can't believe Office 365 hasn't always had this function, but it doesn't, and Exclaimer does it well, so you basically have to use it if you want professional emails.
I think this question is kind of pushing it... It adds custom email signatures. I really have no idea what is "resilient and powerful" about it. It is secure, we've never noticed an outage, and we trust it with our client emails and our own, that's about all I can say.
I really haven't found any worthy alternative. There are plenty of ways to create local signatures well. But in terms of services offering server side, consistent email signatures, easy to configure, design, deploy, etc, I'm not aware of any worthy competition.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

Exclaimer is the only option we recommend for email signatures. Having signatures added on server sides keeps things well organized, and the configuration is literally set and forgotten. We've had customers on it for around five years and I haven't had to make a change since going live. Probably not too useful for really small businesses with only a handful of email addresses. But as soon as you find yourself having problems keeping signatures consistent and well-presented, Exclaimer is the obvious choice.
